Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted. If you have a concern with your order, it must be reported within 14 days of reciept.

Shipping Policy:

All items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of ordering due to the personalization of each item. Once shipped, your order will take an additional 2-5 business days to arrive depending on USPS. Once USPS accepts the package, delivery times are out of our control.
